Looking to team up with someone to find a 2 bedroom/2 bath with a garage.

I’ve been at my current job for over 5 years and work M-F 6:30am-2:30pm. Ideally, I’d like to find a houseshare with another like minded person rather than just renting a room from someone. I’m quiet, clean and love to make my home a sanctuary. I’m sociable but also like my space. I do enjoy having friendly chats, meals, game or movie nights with housemates though. I’ve lived in several housemate situations and have enjoyed most of them. I have good credit, great rental history and I can provide references.

I love to cook and I spend my free time either relaxing at home or being out and about with my dog. A fenced yard and fellow dog lovers are very important as I have a 4 year old rescue dog from Taiwan. He’s a loveable tripawd who’s quiet, not destructive and gets along with other pets. He’s neutered, up to date on shots and takes monthly flea/tick prevention. No cats please due to allergies.

And I know this is a long shot but having access to a garage where I can park my car or some sort of gated/secure parking is a must. I’d love to meet up with someone who has similar interests and who is looking for the same so that we can find a place to suit both our needs.
