Seeking: Tustin or adjacent city. UNfurnished bedroom with closet. (Current bedroom is 11x11. It’s too small and not livable for me, so the room needs to be larger than that.) $1000 including utilities is what my current budget allows and would keep me a longterm tenant (I am open to negotiation). My current rental agreement is month to month and I would need to give them 30 days notice.

Expectations: Washer & dryer usage would be necessary 1 day per week.

Kitchen privileges - I’m generally a light cooker but would need to use the stove (basic foods like pasta & eggs), with occasional oven usage. Along with this, I would need space for food in a cabinet as well as inside fridge/freezer, as anyone would.

No weird restrictions - I am looking to spread my wings, not keep them clipped.

No drama, nitpicking, passive aggressive behavior, etc. For reasons related to my health, I need life to be as stress-free as possible. If you have diagnosable OCD or the tendency to act on the urge to control others, we would not be a good match.

About me: 38 y.o., currently working as a receptionist while looking to get back to my career in Esthetics. My schedule differs each week. I spend my time off at home, usually just trying to decompress. Non smoker, no drinking or drugs. I am part of the LGBTQ community and would prefer to live with likeminded people. Most importantly, I am looking to live with people that respect my privacy and autonomy.
