I’m currently a student at CRC and looking for a room in Downtown, Sacramento for work and school, more specifically in midtown. I’m fully vaccinated (With proof).

I’m pretty tidy and quiet, a bit shy as well. I enjoy cooking, binge-watching tv shows, and surfing the internet on my laptop on my days off. I have a background in various skills such as mostly electrical work, and construction.

I’m fairly new to renting a room, however, I’m transparent towards anything regarding house rules, responsibilities, etc.

I currently don’t have a car, I have an electric scooter to get around for work, school, etc. However, I have my permit and will be receiving my license within the next year.
