I am a active senior looking for a room to rent for about a yr, waiting for an apartment that will be built next spring 2023. I have a small chihuahua/ dachshund mix, housebroken and crate trained. I work during the day and take her with me to work. I do not smoke, drink a glass of wine maybe 2 or 3 times a year, no drugs of any kind (not even prescription since I am healthy. I am clean and respectful of others time and space.
