Hi, my name is Mary Kate or MK! I am 23 years old and moved to Denver from the Chicago suburbs back in late January. My current lease is up in August and I am looking for a short-term lease from either July/August to January. I work in a hybrid marketing role for a plant-based food company out of Broomfield. I love to hike, explore the city, read spend time with friends and check out breweries and fun restaurants. I’m fully vaccinated against COVID. I have lived with dogs my entire life and have had roommates in the past. I am looking to stay in Highlands, Rino, Lodo, Lohi, or Sunnyside neighborhood. I have a car so parking is essential and am looking to spend $1000-$1350 base per month
