I’m in need of a room, but I’m really looking for an apartment to rent if you have one available, but if not I’m ok with renting a room from you . My parents passed away last year & having to take care of them since then, I had to put their home up for sale after they passed away. I’m having to start my life over. (Life after death & divorce)…

I had to sale the home due to so many repairs needed to be done on the home & it just wasn’t worth saving. I’m living in a hotel from time to time or with friends & it’s very costly for me being a single parent.

I am needing to stay a year or possibly longer to build my savings up. I have a 17yr old son who lives with his dad but will come to visit. I need a room just for me now or if you have an apartment for rent that works as well. I just finalized my divorced and I’m trying to go back to school to get my mortuary license.

In the meantime I just need a place to rebuild from all of this & I just need a chance to do that. I’m a Christian & believe in God & I pray that you will give me chance to prove myself . I also will be fine with being a live in caregiver for the elderly or any family member you may need to have help for to where I can work part time for them . I just ask if I do that, that I will still be allowed to work my job & then come home to assist whoever needs it. I’ve been on my job for 4 1/2 almost 5yrs in a few months. So I do have a great work history.

I’m just trying to re-established my life after divorce & from taking care of my parents until they passed away.
