Artist and gallery curator. Resident of Black Rock Apt being sold. Looking for a temporary rental. I have had renters in my Apt and have a sense of what makes a working relationship with people from all walks of life, ages, orientations, etc. I am mature/friendly/engaging/quiet/private but not looking to be best buds. We are respectful of each others space. Possible interest in solo rental of apartment. Great references.
