Hello! Due to an unfortunate situation, I am looking for a new team up/roommate to find a place with. I prefer to go to place that is already established, however.

Another important note, I am not comfortable with drug use or alcoholism. It is non-negotiable. I have dealt with violent roommates and guests at my jobs because of both, so I do not want a home place where that is continued.

I would also be interested in being with other theme park workers or other zoological people. Other professions are fine, however!

I’m an extrovert that prefers introverted roommates/landlords. I generally don’t like to bother people but I do like to make sure there is communication. If you like to talk to people then I do too, but if you’d rather be alone that is fine with me.

My budget is actually between $700-1000 or maybe $1100 if reasonable.

Please be clean. I am not comfortable renting in a place that is dirty or rooming with people who leave rubbish out.
