Husband(30) and I(32) are looking to rent a shared space. We have a small dog (20 lbs) that’s older and VERY trained. We do have 2 children that will visit every other weekend, but we can limit time at the house by doing activities elsewhere for most of the daytime if you don’t prefer kids. We aren’t night owls, so we won’t be coming and going late night for the most part. We prefer to read or do puzzles/spend quiet time together when we’re home.
