Looking for a room (prefer private bathroom, but am open to discussing). Fully vaccinated/boosted. LGBTQ+ Ally. I do not smoke at all - don’t care if you do but please not in the house. I come with a small-ish beagle (ESA) who is a lazy diva, but a complete love. Love movies, TV (I come with ALL the streaming), board games, theme parks, travel, and performing arts.

I will be working in North Hollywood so looking in the surrounding areas (no more than a 20 minute drive).
