I am moving back to Los Angeles next week and am looking for housing. My job is in Burbank, so the Valley/adjacent is preferred.

About me: Los Angeles born and raised Fully vaccinated/boosted LGBTQ+ Ally Social - love to hang with friends, but am not a partier Non-smoker RARELY drink (maybe average 3-4 per year) I come with a small-ish beagle (ESA) who is a lazy diva, but a complete love. Love movies & TV (I come with ALL the streaming), board games, theme parks, travel, and performing arts. Iā€™m looking for a room to rent (prefer private bathroom, but am open to discussing). I am open to a short term option, but would love to find a great fit.

I am a little flexible on price, but would like to stay around $1,000 with utilities.
