Im a very easy going man, i dont have much, ive lost my family that would have taken care of me in this bad time, but it is what it is, i do have a dog, a frenchie, i also have a friend with me who will be helping with the rent, we are male and female just not a couple, i understand why you may not want a couple but as 2 adults we would be able to keep a place no problem. Im a quite person. I have a vehicle and work, im a clean person, im supposed to have a surgery to fix my ankle soon as well so i also need this so i can be inside a home for my recovery, im currently renting/staying in a rv with nothing but a place to sleep, please help me/us. If you can’t rent to both of us I can cover up to 1000 a month, I will just have to pay the deposit 2 weeks in on the 14th. If that’s okay. If you do allow me to rent with this other person we can cover the rent together no problem 100%. Please message me with any questions
