I’ve recently found myself a nice job, that I’d like to keep, and in order to do so I need to find a place to live, and share rent w/someone. I’m a laid back, chill kind of guy, but I have no issue working hard to find & maintain a nice living space. Working where I do I can afford most utilities, half of rent (~$500+) and all I ask is for someone who can afford to pay the other half of rent, and keep the place livable for us.
