Hi I’m Mark. I am a quiet and considerate roommate with no pets or kids. I play a few acoustic guitars and work some side gigs for extra gas money. Secure income. Clean outside smoker. I prefer a private bath but I can share with the right situation. I wash my dishes after using, don’t slam doors, and don’t have many guests. I’m educated and passive with excellent taste in music.. I spend most of my time outside the house when there isn’t a heat wave on. I like gardening, playing music, painting, projects, writing, reading, documentaries, and great films. I’ve never been arrested and keep a decent credit score. Divorced, straight, spiritual but not religious. Non-judgmental and pleasant. I’m “everyone” friendly. New chapter in life.
