I am a 57 year old female who is very quiet, extremely respectful, who never enters into others’ spaces or messes with others’ things. I expect the same. I do like to socialize at times, but also treasure my time to myself. I am also respectful when it comes to cleaning up my messes (such as cooking) in common areas. I will wear headphones when watching tv in my room (if the noise bothers anyone). I am looking for one furnished bedroom and access to bathroom (preferably private, but not opposed to shared).

I was born and raised in Fort Mill. My mom is a retired school teacher, and my father had his own accounting firm in Fort Mill before retiring.

I’ve spent the last 4 years exploring other places to live. I’m single, one grown child who is an officer in the Army.

As my info indicates, I am disabled due to having RA. However, I require no assistance or disabled accommodations. I have a masters degree, and previously counseled other individuals with disabilities, as well as working in disability insurance as a Vocational Consultant.

I am quiet, respectful, and not looking for a home where I can accommodate guests of either sex.
