I’m a clean and quiet gay male. I would like to find an unfurnished place, as I have all my own furniture that I would like to keep. I’ll be straight forward, I am bipolar and suffer extremely badly from anxiety and depression that makes me suffer in every aspect of my life, so I simply just don’t have the earning potential to live alone, and due to lack of real friend circle, kinda need that slight interaction from living with someone. I would prefer a 2-3 person max household. I rarely have guests but would like the freedom to do so. I have a cat (she’s an old cranky lady, but socializes well with humans) and would prefer a cat only household where she has freedom beyond a single room. I am mildly allergic to dogs. I am cool with living with couples without kids and no plans for kids(Which is why I need to move out of my current place). I work around the Heath/Forney/Rockwall area usually, and at home as well. I occasionally drink, and 420 is as far as I go otherwise. I am mostly a night owl, and because I sew, stream, and PC game, it would probably be best if my room wasn’t right next to someone else’s bedroom if the walls are thin.

I am mostly vegetarian/vegan for health/allergy reasons, but would be willing to cook with/for another roomie as part of an agreement. I’m also pretty clean(gotta be when you sew and also have a cat!) and willing to extend beyond my living space as well in an arrangement to make up for my lower rent. Also glad to take care of your cats! 😻
