Hello! My name is Chris. I’m a 43 year old woman currently receiving SSI and living on a fixed income. I am looking for a home that Is a sober home. This home hould ideally have plenty of room to give a tenant for their things in the fridge , pantry and in the kitchen please. Ideally I would have my own refrigerator.

I’m looking for a private downstairs bedroom/ downstairs bathroom. My budget is up to $800 per month with utilities included, I must be able to pay on the third and landlords do need to be willing to take payments on the security deposit . I am prompt on payments and always pay on time.

Because I have a caregiver who visits three times a week and I do like to have guests I do need a home without strict visitor restrictions. All of my guests are polite and respectful and we will not be louder or disruptive , but I do want to have people in the. I’m specifically seeking a household that does not allow smoking or drug use inside the home, as maintaining a clean and healthy environment is very important to me. Smoking outside is fine.

For safety and peace of mind, I do require independent access with my own key to the front door.

A few other important needs:

• Access to a washer and dryer

While my credit isn’t perfect due to past debt, I am actively working to improve it.

I’m friendly, respectful, and easy to communicate with. I clean up after myself, follow household rules, and genuinely try to contribute positively to the home. I’m a team player and a valuable asset to have in a household. I believe shared living works best when everyone feels comfortable, respected, and heard.
