This housing/rental market has been much difficult, and I have been searching for my own spot again ever since I was displaced from my apartment due to a catastrophic rainfall that caused my own apartment to flood which forced me to have to leave unexpectedly, ( in Pennsylvania) So I decided to try the roommate route because it seems everything is becoming expensive especially on a single person (1) that’s been trying to retain proper residency on their own. (About Me) I recently moved back to Maryland where I’m originally from I am a very kind, well respected & organized clean person, & not to mention first & foremost honest, I’m respectful of others feelings & believe in boundaries. I’m also shy meaning I stay to myself (its mostly a PTSD thing) but I can be open when I feel there is safety & trust, SORRY MEN!! I only prefer female roommate/roommates however the household pertains in the description in the ads posted. I have a clean background of no criminal doings, non-smoker, don’t drink, I love animals. I do have excellent rental history of eight years from the same apartment complex. If you have any interest of being in contact I would be graciously forthcoming to answer or provide info you may need. Hopefully I may come across an understanding, honest, kind, & friendly person who’s looking for a responsible person in me to rent their residence or roommate/shared residency however it may be.
