I live in California and have a daughter (6yo) who I come and see 7-8 times a year for at least 10 days each. I am looking for a more permanent home for us than hotels and other rentals. I would want to always have our things stored there and (once I find the right place) a car.
I am looking for a place with or without kids (single parent, couple or not) that wouldn’t mind having a kid in the house for around 70-90 days a year. This would help us have a stable single place to stay and could therefore more easily have a vehicle and enough things to feel like a consistent home. It would also help the household make significant rental income without having a full-time roommate. It would equal 7 months of rent for only having someone there 70-90 days per year.
