Hello,

My name is Joseph, and I am a North Idaho College student currently enrolled in the graphic design program for 2022-23. I am looking to rent for the fall/spring semester and possibly beyond into the summer.

I am an independent 25yo non-smoker who likes to keep a clean living space, respects house rules and is respectful of housemates and house guests. I am going to be in school while renting; so I would mostly use the rental space to sleep and study! I am not allergic to pets and don’t have any of my own. I observe whatever rules you keep regarding house guests of my own, also. I am respectful of kitchen and dining spaces, and can supply all of my own appliances and dinner-ware if necessary(:

I am in the North Idaho College Work-Study program and will also be working part time during the school year to cover my cost of living. From the start; I can cover first and last months rent, provide references if necessary, and can afford a room under $900 a month.
