My names Dylan Johnston, I’ve had some bad financial decisions in my past which has affected my credit and I’m going bankrupt. As you may know finding a place with bankruptcy and bad credit is pretty much impossible and I need to get on my feet again. I’ve got a 2 year old daughter that I want to do right by and my fiance is 20. I make decent money for the three of us and I’m very flexible to ensure no one feels they’re taking a risk with me and my family. We are a family that values our privacy so anybody living with us would only have to encounter us per their desire. We are quiet for the most part aside from my daughter just being a toddler. I’m really hoping to find someone with a basement that’s got its own entrance so that no one would be bothered by us coming and going from the house.
