Hello! I’m a data analyst looking for a room. I keep my space clean and I’m respectful towards others. Looking for an unattached room, studio or an attached room in a home with others. I’ll be pursuing my masters so I’ll be pretty busy between that and my full-time job (data analyst for the County). I hold a renters insurance policy with AAA for peace of mind. I love movies, music (art of all kinds really) and hiking. I mostly cook for myself (and clean up the same day) but would be happy to cook for others if they’re looking for meal prep services. I can provide excellent and recent references from previous landlords. I’ve always paid my rent on time or early (up to a week depending) I don’t drink or smoke myself but don’t have any qualms about anyone else doing so.
