I am retired from the State of Alaska, secure income. Looking for a quiet clean room, with my own bathroom if possible. I like my space to be clean, positive and friendly. I really enjoy people and am friendly, try to be a good communicator, but also need a quiet home. I have family in the Aquia Harbor/Stafford area and would like to live close to them however there is no need for them to visit me at my place. We actually prefer I visit at their home. However if you ASK me to talk to you about my grandkids I am always happy to do so :)
