I am a friendly, clean, and tidy person who tries to be respectful and courteous. I am a hardworking, honest, and trustworthy person. I like to communicate openly in order to ensure that there are no issues or misunderstandings. I am responsible and experienced in maintaining a home or place of residence as a former home owner as well as being married for 22 years and being a father of 5 children, 3 of which are adults now. I try to cooperate as best I can and be understanding and compassionate of others routines and schedule’s. I am outgoing but am fine doing my own thing and maintaining space if others are more comfortable with that way of interacting as well.
