I’m looking to team up with one roommate or more to find a place at most 30 minutes from Diamond Bar where I work. I work for a government agency looking for a politically neutral house. I have an electric guitar that I play frequently to relax and unwind but I have attenuator that keeps the volume down to like low radio level volumes so it won’t bother the peace and quiet in the house promise! Looking into finding a place October 2023.

I currently live at AMLI Orange Apartments in a studio. I like the place and prefer to team up with 1-2 other roomies to rent a room here for next lease. However, I’m still open to finding a different place.
