Neat and considerate full-time teacher and tutor. UMD alumni that loves crafting, sewing, gardening, yoga, MMA, hiking, cozy video games, cooking/baking and watching anime/reading audiobooks in my spare time. I’m very thrifty (but not to be confused with cheap) and am pretty good at organizing in a small space. I like to have fun but am respectful of others and their space. I’m a ambivert that can hide in their room and also hang out with the right people. I do like to have friends over occasionally. Not a fan of sports watchers who yell at the tv. I try my best at having things neat/orderly and am very good at communicating. You’ll usually find me in the house singing and dancing- I only drink socially and am okay with 420 activities (outside). Looking for private bedroom and am fine with shared bathroom, I require access to a kitchen since I like to cook occasionally (no problem sharing some meals☺️). Preference towards Female Roomies 26+ and no pets (not negotiable-I’m allergic). Move in date is very flexible- currently staying with family till I find a good fit.
