I’m 29 and currently work as an Instructional Assistant at a preschool. I’m responsible, consistent with work, and reliable when it comes to rent and shared responsibilities.

A little about me — I’m introverted and more of a homebody, but I’m looking to getting out more and exploring. I value my personal space and autonomy, and I’m friendly and respectful. I’m really looking for a peaceful, chill and respectful living environment.

I believe in God and consider myself spiritual, but I respect all beliefs as long as there is mutual respect.

I like to keep a clean and tidy space — I always clean up after myself and appreciate a roommate who does the same. Communication is important to me, and I prefer addressing things calmly and directly if anything comes up.

I’m looking for a place around $800–$900 (utilities included would be ideal), but I’m flexible depending on the situation.
