Me (17/male/fast food employee) and my roommate Devon (20/nonbinary/garden shop worker) are looking for one roomate to join us in a three bedroom apartment. They have a cat and a Cockatiel and those are our only pets. We are each willing to pay $700 a month, so $1400 between the two of us. My income though cannot be included in the household income (being a minor) so our household income officially is about 2,500. But realistically is a little less than 5,000. We both are pretty chill and flexible. If things don’t work out with finding a third person I’m also looking for a room to rent out by myself who would take me. I wouldn’t have people over, be pretty quiet and respectful, and I love animals, reading, writing, and all sorts of art forms! Being a minor I CANNOT SIGN A LEASE apologies. My parents refuse to cosign, but would be willing to fill out a form, write a letter, or have a phone call confirming I am allowed to move out of the house. I am not a run away. I am just very independent and self sufficient and it isn’t in my best interest to live with them anymore. I am very good with money, and paying rent should be pretty easy for me and I can pay you through Cashapp or Cash.
