Hello, I am a seeking a lease for a private room around this June/July. I am very clean, quiet, and considerate of other peoples space. In my free time I enjoy camping, yoga/exercise, shows, skiing, and hanging with friends. I have a successful career at a footwear design firm called BOA Fit, where I am at the office everyday M-F. After work, I almost always go to exercise or hang with friends, so I am not one to be home all the time or have people over. I would say I am very social and outgoing, but also enjoy my own personal space at times.

I have been fortunate to live with my best friends for the past 6ish years, but we are sadly taking different paths due to new careers opportunities. Not looking for new best friends, but would still enjoy the company of having roommates and would favor paying lower rent while having access to more amenities. While living with my old roommates, we were really good about maintaining a clean and peaceful space, so its important that I find roommates who value the same.
