Hi everyone! I’m a healthcare professional, student and creative artist seeking an entire place or to team up with other women in a roommate situation. I’m originally from NYC but relocating from South Carolina. I work from home so I would need to have enough space for my desks and I travel fairly often. I am friendly but I wouldn’t label myself as super social or extroverted if that makes sense, I don’t mind hanging out here and there especially if you’re a fellow creative but I’m usually home relaxing when I’m not traveling and I like my space.

While I absolutely love animals, I do have allergies so I prefer no more pets especially if there’s carpet as I already have 2 rescue kittens under 8weeks old. I am OCD so having a private bathroom & a clean roommate is a must. I’ve only done 1 roommate situation before and it has worked out fine with mutual respect and ample space (she can be contacted for reference if needed).

Budget wise for teaming up in a new APT/House I’m looking to stay under $900- $1000 per person or less the lower the better and under $850 for a room. Definitely looking for something with amenities that match the pricing for sure, utilities included if possible, I need to be hardwired via ethernet to internet (not wi-fi), washer/dryer and parking is a necessity. No walkups, needs to be accessible.

Home/Roommates need to be: -Female/Transmen/Gay men ONLY (NO COUPLES, no cis het MEN) -BLM/LGBTQIA friendly -WASHER/DRYER IN UNIT -preferably someone who doesn’t also work from home (so we don’t get tired of each other) but not a deal breaker -Must be open to an overnight guest at least 2x/mo (not random strangers or a party house)

• No kids -Clean & Financially responsible -NON-Smoker (cigarettes)..420 okay outside only.
