I am very productive and goal oriented, and with that being said I’m usually not home. I’m looking for a room I could rent so I can recharge my batteries wash off the filth of the day, rest, and sleep. I don’t have friends that visit me, nor do I have Kids or Pets. I am also a very skilled carpenter and maintenance specialist so any minor repairs or concerns with your home I could fix I’d do for free because I live there bigger jobs I could do as well and work something out that I assure will be a fraction compared to having it done by anyone else.
