Need a landing spot for a few+ months as I adjust to unexpected changes in retirement plans. Just a guy in his late 60’s that’s totally honest, quiet, respectful of others and their friends. Not an “ace” at outdoor cooking but likes to burn a burger on the BBQ once in a while. Furnishings not needed except maybe a chair but not concerned.
