I’m looking for a roommate for a house in north/west Denver (RiNo, Sunnyside, Lakeside, Sloan’s Lake, West Highlands) this June. I’d love to connect now so that we can make sure it’s a good fit and cultivate a bit of a friendship before moving in :)

About me: I’m a 32-year-old software engineer, currently working remote. I like to spend my time hiking, climbing, biking, snowboarding, riding my motorcycle, reading, going to shows. I have a friendly dog and two cats. I’m happy to keep them out of your space if preferred, as well as provide some extra vacuuming to keep things tidy. I love time to myself, but I do want to have a friendly relationship with my roomie :) Just want to create a considerate and comfortable space for both of us!

About you: Responsible, clean, and communicative. Pet friendly is a must! More or less just looking for a stand-up person who is friendly, independent, and open to working together to build an environment that’s enjoyable for everyone!

The space: Ideally, I would love a space with private bathrooms, a yard, and a garage. A house or townhouse is ideal - but I’m flexible and open to compromise for the right fit.
