Seeking roommates or a room to rent around 8/1/22 (can be after). My budget is no more than $800 a month including utilities. Flexible on the area (to include surrounding counties), but I would prefer within Richmond. Washer/dryer on site would also be preferred. I do have pets: one larger dog (an American Bully who is grown, calm, and well-behaved) and one cat who is chill but social. I have excellent credit and income, so paying on time will never be an issue. I can provide some references if necessary.

A little about me: I’m 31yo, non-binary (afab), queer, and not partnered. I would like a home where I can feel a sense of family/community, but that’s not a requirement. Can sent photos of myself and the animals at request.
