Looking to put a coed group of 4 or more people together. Age, orientation, occupation, extracurricular activities, etc. shouldn’t be determining or detouring, Just so long as you’re a decent and respectful human being that embraces personal responsibility. I run a 9 to 5 business with my father and work ALL the time… so I probably wouldn’t be home much. When I’m not doing that, I’m coordinating check-ins, check-outs, and a cleaning crew for my Airbnb.

In my free time I like to:

• write/ produce/ co-write music with a handful of people.
• hit up a well-deserved happy hour and/or live show (at least twice a month, minimum) 😁
• cook… I absolutely LOVE cooking, especially for others.

Just an introverted extrovert that loves meeting new people, works hard, and plays just hard enough to not get arrested 🤠. Never been married, and have no kids. I’m able to be very serious and understanding in times when that is needed, but at the same time, I actively put effort toward NOT sweating the small stuff in life. I grew up in Austin, off and on, since the second grade… so I’d like to hope I’m one of the good guys? lol Also, my rental history is flawless.
I take my financial obligations and credit report very seriously. I’m seeking to rent a room (rather than hotels) because it just makes more sense. I’d like to be comfortable where I sleep, as I’m simultaneously shopping for some land and transitioning my current home into a full-time rental. My profile says I’m looking for a 6 month term, but that is flexible. I would need 3 months at the absolute bare minimum, but possibly 9 months to a year. I think it would be really badass to create a “Real World” scenario (like the show), but without the agenda of filling a house with conflicting personalities to create intentional drama for TV ratings. Essentially, the exact opposite of that 🤘 But enough about me.. 😊
