Leaving current residence on good terms, always pay rent, no hesitation covering small surprise expenses; i.e overfilled trash fee.

Enjoy working at an engineering firm as lead lab tech performing inspections and testing for construction materials. Over half a year there with a clear path forward. Prefer sleeping by 9-10pm.

Ideology is big on respect to all persons and property. Don’t really behold anger anymore; Always try to look from all party’s shoes. Somewhat of a conflict resolution specialist. Happy to help, not looking to become a counselor.

Don’t use drugs. Drink about once or twice a year, regret it every time. Quit smoking several years back, vape a bit before bed. Don’t mind others doing what they want if there’s no heavy bad habits or the smell of ash trays around the house.

On that note, what you do in the privacy of your house is your own business. As long as you aren’t hurting anyone without consent, I don’t care what you do if it’s not keeping me awake.
