Hi My name is Mark Smith and I have moved here from Las Vegas to help out my daughter and son-in-law with a new baby and 3 yr old grandson. (I will be caring for them 2-3 days a week at their home. I am a 66 yr old retired straight male yet totally open-minded to anyone and about most anything fun and legal. I’m in good health and most folks that know me say I certainly don’t act like an aging senior. I’m totally cannabis friendly. No hard drugs/pills. I drink alcohol on occasion. I am quiet, clean, considerate and do very little cooking. When I do, I clean and sanitize everything used including all counter tops prior to leaving the kitchen.I have shared 2 homes with 4 roommates for over 7 years and have learned to become a GREAT roommate. I create nor do I enjoy any drama. You will not hear me complaining or whining… ever. I like fishing, relic hunting, camping and love all water sports. I also enjoy going out for some good food , music and various entertainment & cultural events. I will provide you with proof of monthly income, bank transactions and documentation providing guaranteed funds more than sufficient to pay rent and expenses on time and without any prompting.
