New to South Carolina from San Diego. Recently decided to take a break from exhausting engineering office jobs to work on cars while getting exercise on the job. Just upgraded to assistant manager.

I’m educated, friendly and conscientious of individual needs. Prefer a female roommate due to cleanliness and respectfulness preferences. I work 10 hours per day so I’m hardly home. I’m a pretty easy going and chill individual once you get to know me if you choose or I can keep to myself if preferred. Got lots on my plate to keep me busy.

Have been paying 1200-1500 per month living in hotels since January. Really would like to reduce my living costs ASAP but am financially responsible.
