Currently searching for a private space for myself and my partner. We are looking for a clean, affordable space around Layton UT. I am Female 19, I work as a part time employee at the DI. I have an outstanding credit of 719 with clean background. Have been on 2 previous leases. My partner (Lukas) is a Full Time Supervisor at Grease Monkey. He has a total credit of 520, with clean background. Has also been on 2 previous leases. We are clean, private respectful individuals. We will not take up much space or time. We have our own furniture, food, and supplies. We have a total of 1 vehicle and only require 1 parking space. What to expect when rooming with us. -We respect everyone’s time and values -We adapt spectacularly with others schedules -We will not use any of your thing and expect the same from you as we have our own. -We will NOT use ANY products of the home besides (Washer, Dryer, Microwave, Fridge) -We will NOT take up a lot of space. If feasible all of our belongings and furniture will be stored in our room. If not, we will only take up 1 person space to equal portions of storage. -We clean up after ourselves and guest -Rent will paid on time every time no questions asked We are also willing to apply and sign a lease with someone if need be.
