I’m a 28 year old full-time corporate professional looking for a location with a garage as I like to do all of my own maintenance on my vehicle and park my vehicle in the garage.

I’m a clean, organized person and tend to be quiet and keep to myself - also an active, outdoorsy person but just as easily a homebody. I rarely have any guests over with the exception of my girlfriend every now and then. I have two cats that are registered ESA animals and are calm, well behaved and generally friendly with other animals - they were raised with dogs. Both cats are spayed/neutered and are regularly brushed and checked for any fleas or ticks.

I am very big on mutual respect, open communication and maintaining self-accountability. I do not smoke nor partake in recreational drug use.
