29 years-old, I am a full-time student and online business development company owner specializing in webdesign, blog copywriting and SEO. I am very organized, clean and respectful. I have a relatively normal schedule, but am typically a night owl. Wake up late around 10 AM, fall asleep at 3 AM. I do enjoy listening to music in my room while I use my laptop, to a relatively moderate sound level. I leave the house for errands in the late morning, and workout at night from 10 PM - 1 AM. Sometimes I workout early from 12 PM - 3 PM. I cook & clean 3 times a day 11 AM, 5 PM, and 9 PM. I meal prep and use the kitchen twice weekly for an hour, and typically reheat leftovers the remaining days for lunch & dinner. For breakfast usually takes me 30 min of cooking and 30 min of cleaning. May not be around as often during the school year. Currently manage an online business from home. I value being cordial, private and communicative. I enjoy art, music, film, books, yoga, hiking local trails and the gym. I do not drink or do drugs. I have high hopes of being people who are also healthy, holistic and do not use alcohol or drugs in the home. I sometimes partake in alcohol and the occasional 420 if out to celebrate or socialize at a private event or special occasion, but not by any means a regular party person. I would be open to small, personal, holiday gatherings with close friends and family if a roommate were to want to plan something of this nature, but not the type to have people over often. I do not have overnight visitors. Looking to split a 2 or 3 bedroom property with one other or two other roommates near Arts District, possibly North Las Vegas or other areas close to UNLV.
