Hello, you can call me Soy (23F) and my husband is Matt (25M) :) My partner and I are currently looking for a room to rent with our two cats. I graduated from UC Irvine with a Bachelors in Psychology recently while Matt has graduated with a Masters in English from Cal Poly Pomona in May. We are chill, quiet individuals who like to keep to ourselves for the most part. We are also clean, considerate, and respectful tenants! I am personally meticulous when it comes to keeping my space and the home clean haha.
Meanwhile, my cats are very friendly and quiet, but I’m not too sure how they will be with other pets. It wouldn’t be too much of a worry though because we will mainly be keeping them in the room. I make sure to clean up after them daily as well as utilizing air filters to get rid of any potential dandruff.
We are looking to move mid August as my lease at school ends on the 27th (early August works too) and prefer that the rent is around $1350 total including utilities. Feel free to message me if anybody is looking for potential housemates :D
