I’m very easy going (no drama), have a stable professional job, like a mix of social time out with my friends and personal time to myself. Have had lots of roommies in the past and definitely am a considerate & responsible roommate that can be trusted. I’m looking for the same in a roommate. I ideally only want one roommate who doesn’t work full time from home and I’d like to have my own bathroom. Living alone is so expensive and I need to save money by sharing rent. I’m somewhat flexible on amount of rent… just need it to be considerably less than what I’m paying alone or it won’t benefit me to move. I’d like to stay in the $1,100-$1,250 range if at all possible. I figure there has to be responsible working adults out there in the same spot as me,,, just searching for a nice, secure place to live at a reasonable price. I love living in the South Bay but it’s starting to price me out !! $$$$$$
