On here for my partner looking for a room for her or possibly an affordable small house or studio that we both can rent. searching for a big enough room for my partner or possibly the both of us(not needed as I already have my own place). Don’t mind roommates as long as they’re respectful and are responsible for themselves(I only ask that because I lived with an older guy once who liked to blame others whenever he broke an appliance) not needed but bonus points if we’re close in age or into some of the same interests.

Am looking for affordable options with anyone close to my age group. I don’t mind children or small pets.

My hobbies consist of collecting records(vinyl), I listen to old music and play videogames or watch TV in my spare time. For the most part I like to keep things clean & neat to keep busy or mostly work when I can.

I myself don’t have any pets or or kids. I do get disability as my source of income for an injury i experienced(if the room is available in a good area I’m hoping to find local employment. Looking for a utilities included and to spend at most $800/month for a long term living situation.
