I’ll only be there to sleep & shower & sit on the bed with my laptop. I’m quiet and nonjudgmental. I’ll respect your privacy and pay my rent on time. I prefer one monthly payment of rent with utilities included of no more than $400. I’m a hassle-free roommate.
