I’m moving to the Gainesville area soon for work and am looking for compatible roommates. I’m quiet and spend much of my time outdoors, doing active things, making art, or reading. I have two very silly, friendly cats and due to my job, may be assigned work out of town for up to two weeks at a time. I would never expect housemates to be responsible for my pets but would gladly pay for their care (ie scoop the litter box) should you have availability while I am away. I like to cook and bake bread, grow things in the dirt, and stay up later than I should. I value access to nature, honesty, community, interdependence, and alone time.

I believe in meeting people where they’re at and I can get along with almost anybody. However, I gravitate toward folks who are more open, lgbtq+, like to go outside and get a little gross every now and then, and as roommates I’m lookin for people who actually like cats.

My cats get along with other animals given an adjustment period. I’ve fostered dogs and other cats with them before.
