I am a 20 year old male who is looking for somewhere to move ASAP. I am currently renting a room at my friend’s house but his father is planning on selling the house by September 15th , leaving me with nowhere to go. I work 2 jobs and I am a musical artist, just getting my life in order at this point in time. It would mean a lot to me if you gave me a chance. Other than paying rent I can help out around the house if need be, and I’m a clean person meaning I won’t have my room, the bathroom, or any other area in the house disorganized or dirty or just plain messy. I will be a great tenant and respect other peoples’ belongings and boundaries!
