38 year old female looking for a room to rent around July 1- flexible on the date. Works 2 jobs, very into my fitness and lives for outdoors adventures on my time off which is not very often. I do not smoke or have any pets. Would prefer my own bathroom and a decent size closet and a small patio area for my potted veggie plants (health nut). I am moving from Petersburg, West Virginia (Arlington is home) and have furniture but if the area is furnished can put my stuff in a storage unit. I am open to living with a male or female, apt or house. Northern VA area to DC.
