My Daughter and Grandchildren live in Everett, WA. I am a 61 year old Woman with a 9 yr old Chihuahua rescue dog who Is potty trained and goes with me most places. I am looking to Rent a Room nearby so that I may help my Daughter with the Children (whom are Young). I am Quiet, Do Not Party and Enjoy a Peaceful and Clean home. I am Spiritual and Love to Meditate, Read and watch TV. I also, enjoy Long Walks with my dog. I am a Retired Cleaning Lady so I’ll be Happy to help around the House and Yard. I am Healthy, EZ going, Open Minded, Shy but Pokite and Friendly. Love Alone time, Mostly Heat and Eat, Mostly 2 loads of Laundry at 1-2 Small loads a week. We do go to bed Early but Don’t mind Noise as long as we’re Safe. I don’t Use alot of Water bc I’d rather Wash than Shower. I use very little Electricity & would only need a little portion of Fridge and Freezer. I’m moving bc I would like to Travel more with my dog and not have to responsibilities of a house, yard, snow, grass, property tax, etc. Although I Own my Home I don’t need the Space. I’m Clean but don’t need All this Space..Ty.P.S. I’m usually out of town 2-3 months out of the year to stay with my family in Seattle WA. I will still pay housing during that time.
