I am a prior homeowner so even though I am now renting I do so I know the significance of taking care of a home as if it were mine and a reflection of me. I also have rented with others before. We were 4 different people who despite our diverse personalies were able to come together and live in a healthy and happy environment, becoming friends even as we all shared chores and responsibilities as equals when it came to not only the bills but all facets of daily living.
