Hello, It is just my small dog and myself. My lifestyle is very quiet and clean. I do not drink, smoke or party, no tattoos and usually clean shaven. If I watch movies or listen to music I will have my headphones on. I typically go grocery shopping once a week and try to only do laundry once a week. If it matters, I have a nice quiet car as well so your neighborhood will not be disturbed. I clean up after myself and I have excellent hygiene. I was raised in a Christian home and have good manners. I am very polite and considerate of other people’s privacy and peace. I’ve never been late on rent or any other type of payments. I generally use hotspot on my phone for internet so you’ll never have to worry about me on your wi-fi. I prefer to rent a bedroom and bathroom that I will not have to share. It is very important I find a place with a yard for room to walk my dog. Also for him to stay outside while I’m at work. It’s also important to me that he’s safe. It normally takes Odie a week or two to get used to new people and surroundings but I work really hard with him on that. He will mostly stay in my room with me. On cooler days I take him with me to go shopping and things like that. I have very good credit and zero criminal history. I generally keep to myself but I am very friendly with a sarcastic sense of humor and enjoy intelligent conversation. Yes on the vaccine if you were going to ask.
